With working widths of either 5 m or 6 m and a transport width of just 3 m, the CB2000F Series coulterbar is productive in the field and nimble on the road.
Our CX-II discs have a shallow cutting angle and require less pressure to reach a constant seeding depth. The set-up incorporates a 325 mm steel disc paired with a 250 mm flex pressing wheel, for optimal coulter-to-soil contact. Meanwhile, the heavy-duty cast iron coulter arms on the SD2001MP are set for 125 mm spacing and provide up to 35 kg of downward pressure. Maintenance-free bearings with no greasing points mean trouble-free operation. Rigid, flexible or lifted positions ensure smooth running in wet or dry conditions.
The CB2000F Series comes standard with Kubota’s simple rapid coupling system, for fast removal of the coulterbar from the power harrow when required. The electronic and hydraulic interface is easy to access. This linkage arrangement for the coulterbar and power harrow ensures constant seeding depth in all conditions.
If used with the Kubota SH1650C Series Front Hopper, all hydraulic functions on the power harrow and coulterbar are coordinated at the power harrow’s headstock. The simple control panel allows the operator to control 5 functions from the cab using one double-acting tractor remote.
The Kubota SH1650C has front twin hoppers feeding two metering devices driven via a land wheel or through standard ISOBUS controls. The hydraulic fan drive is standard, and the SH1650C holds up to 2200 L of seed or fertiliser, fed to left and right distributor heads.
