HARDI RUBICON establishes a new class in self-propelled sprayers, designed to meet the productivity demands of large scale farmers. 
The RUBICON takes productivity and performance to a whole new level. Increased tank capacity not only improves productivity, it also improves the efficiency of spray applications. Quite simply, more tank capacity means more hectares covered without interruptions or delays.

RUBICON has the power, torque, tank and fuel capacity to work effortlessly all day. The 54.5 m HARDI PARAGON aluminium boom represents a 50% increase in work rate over a comparable 36 m boom. Superior boom height management with AutoHeight keeps the nozzles at their optimum spray height across the full width of the boom and a wider range of operating conditions. Working together, these features allow RUBICON to spray at up to 35 km/h and achieve a work rate of 170 ha/hr – comfortably covering over 1000 hectares per day.

Powerful steering.
The RUBICON has a powerful load sensing hydraulic steering system which controls two large phasing cylinders, and is ideally suited to challenging operating conditions. The steering is precise, smooth and quiet with no vibration which makes spraying easy, safe and reduces operator fatigue.

Increasing boom width improves a sprayer’s work rate, which is what matters most.
When it comes to wide boom innovation and design, HARDI’s aluminium boom is the market leader. The RUBICON comes with RA aluminium boom that is well proven in field performance and reliability, and the benefits over steel cannot be underestimated.

RUBICON gives the operator a commanding view over the boom from the driver’s seat, which makes spraying easier and safer. 
The cab is a special workplace where every detail counts, including the synchronized movement of the arm rest console to provide improved ergonomics; unsurpassed visibility over the boom; filtered cabin air; and responsible sound and vibration levels.

Hydraulic track adjust on the run.
The RUBICON axle track width can be adjusted on-the-run, between 3.0 m and 4.0 m. The integrated air-ride suspension provides outstanding ride and performance.
High clearance with comfort and stability are central to RUBICON’s productivity.
OverRide Suspension is designed for heavy duty applications, for greater load carrying capacity, and for incredibly smooth running.
