KUBOTA Power Harrow PH2000F Series Power Harrows
The Kubota PH2000F Series are folding power harrows with working widths from 4 m to 6 m, suitable for large-scale farming. An innovative trough design means that no lateral frame is required, which saves weight and simplifies set-up. There are 4 rotors per metre of trough, and optimum tillage and low power consumption is achieved by the closer inter-tine carrier distances (250 mm). Helical tine configuration and 95 mm rotor clearance allow perfect soil levelling and preparation.
Product Features
The Kubota PH2000F Series Folding Power Harrow are designed for heavy conditions and built for tractors up to 300 PTO hp. Working widths in this series are from 4 m to 6 m, but with a compact 2.5 m transport width. The lower weight but strong design mean efficient performance in a range of conditions, with minimal power requirement and thus less fuel consumption.
Heavy-Duty Trough
The Kubota PH2000F Series has an innovative trough design without a lateral frame. The open design saves weight and offers high 95 mm clearance between the tine holder and trough bottom. Double conical bearings and 50 mm rotor shaft in combination with removable tine holders and quick-fit carbide coated tines guarantee high reliability, excellent wear and very low maintenance even in abrasive soils.
Quick-Fit Tines
The Kubota PH2000F Series comes standard with quick-fit 15 x 330 mm carbide coated tines that fix to the tine holder by pin and clip. All tines can be quickly replaced without tools. The tines are arranged in varying angle positions to prevent damage caused by stones and to ensure even levelling. This also reduces peak loads on the driveline and results in smoother running and less fuel consumption.
Rear Rollers
Kubota offers a range of rollers to suit various soil conditions and crop establishment systems. The 550 mm diameter cage roller suits light to medium soils and dry working conditions, and is good for basic depth control. The versatile 575 mm packer roller suits medium to heavy soil, especially as part of a heavy power harrow / seed drill combination. The 565 mm Actipack roller is great in medium to heavy soils and perfect for aggressive seedbed preparation.
Powerful Gearbox
The PH2000F Series gearbox is rated to 300 PTO hp, and the side drive gearboxes are fitted with PTO clutches to protect the gear trough.
